We have taken an age old style of dining and given it a new twist. We like to think more local and regional. Tapas is a communal, festive, dining environment. We want you to relax, enjoy what you want, and share the experience with friends and family. We don't have a walk-in refrigerator or freezer. Everything comes in fresh daily and is delivered to your plate right in front of you. We have an open-air kitchen because we believe you should see who is preparing your food and how they do it. We don't think your food should be hidden. We have nothing to hide; just a modern, comfortable environment that will let you escape for awhile. Eat, drink, and be merry!
